Second-Half Comeback Falls just Short in 2-1 Loss to Albright

Center Valley, PA (October 10, 2018) - The DeSales University field hockey team dominated play in the second-half but was unable to complete the comeback falling 2-1 to Albright College in non-conference action on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
  • Albright scored twice in a span of 3:35 to take a 2-0 lead in the first-half and into halftime.
  • DeSales came storming back in the second-half dominating play over the final 35 minutes but was only able to get one goal back.
  • Both teams had penalty strokes stopped by the opposing goalkeeper in the game.
