Center Valley, PA (October 5, 2019) - The DeSales University women's tennis team wrapped up its Fall schedule with a 9-0 sweep of PSU-Berks in non-conference action on Friday afternoon.
Doubles
The Bulldogs lost just three games in their three doubles matches as sophomoreÂ
Annie Rakos teamed with seniorÂ
Kelsey Kazlauskas to win 8-3 in the No. 1 slot and sophomoresÂ
Bailey Greco andÂ
Kirsten Kosa along with juniorÂ
Alex Rodier and freshmanÂ
Abby Connors each won 8-0 in the No. 2 and 3 flights.
Singles
DSU was equally as dominant in singles action losing just nine games over the 12 sets and six singles matches. Rakos was a 6-0, 6-0 winner in the No. 1 spot, Kosa won 6-0, 6-3 in the No. 2 spot, and Rodier won 6-1, 6-2 in the No. 3 flight. Connors earned a 6-1, 6-2 win in the No. 4 flight, Greco won 6-0, 6-0 in No. 5, and juniorÂ
Sabrina Ricciardi was a 6-0, 6-0 winner in the final flight.
