Center Valley, PA (October 5, 2019) - The DeSales University men's soccer team scored three second-half goals erasing a 1-0 halftime deficit to open up MAC Freedom play with a 3-1 win over Delaware Valley University on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened

• Delaware Valley opened up scoring the games first goal 32:56 into the game.
• Sophomore Sinan Yuksel got the Bulldogs on the board in the 63rd minute on a rebound after freshman Sean Murray rang one of both posts. 
• Four minutes later graduate student Giuseppe Natale scored on a header off of a centering pass from junior Kishan Modessa.
• At the 75:23 mark Murray sealed the win with a goal on a pass from freshman Dimeji Oyinkolade.

Top Bulldog Performers

• Murray netted his fourth goal of the season, and earned his first assist.
• Sinan Yuskel scored his first career goal and Natale also earned his first goal of the season.
• Sophomore Jake Padula made three saves.

For the Foes

• Dan Arone scored his first goal of the season on a centering pass from Dan Marcolongo.
• Josh Jarrett made seven saves in net.
