Purchase, NY (April 10, 2019) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse extended its season-long win streak to 12-straight with a 13-7 win over Manhattanville College in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday afternoon.

• Records: DeSales (12-0, 3-0 MAC Freedom); Manhattanville (6-5, 1-2 MAC Freedom)
• The Bulldogs remain just one of two teams unbeaten across all of NCAA Division III with the win.

How it Happened

• The Valiants started fast scoring three of the first four goals to take a 3-1 lead.
• DSU responded scoring the final three goals of the first quarter to take a 4-3 lead and led 5-3 after scoring first in the second quarter.
• The lead remained two (6-4) at the half when the Bulldogs exploded for six goals in the third quarter to put the game out of reach, leading 12-6 after three quarters of play.

Top Bulldog Performers

• Freshman Tom Connors led the offensive attack with four goals.
• Junior Justin Monaghan had three goals and an assist and senior Joe Neggia totaled one goal and two assists.
• Freshman Kai Taylor had one goal and one assist, while sophomore Zach Bowen, senior John Ramos, junior Eric Magro, and sophomore Matt Motto all had one goal.
• Junior Matt Brown and freshman Timmy Smith each had an assist.
• Sophomore Vince Maria and junior Frank Krug each had three caused turnovers and Krug added six ground balls.
• Senior Matt Barry was outstanding in goal making 15 saves.
• Sophomore Colin Corrado won 14-of-19 face-offs.

For the Foes

• Will Duval had three goals and two assists and Gianni Ciffone finished with two goals and two assists.
• Jason Frezza was terrific in net for the Valiants making 21 saves.

• DeSales had a 48-39 advantage in shots, while the Valiants had a narrow 32-31 advantage in ground balls.
