Karlie Deeck each had four goals leading the DeSales University women's lacrosse team past King's College, 14-13, in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday afternoon.

- The Bulldogs are now in third place tied with King's with two games left in the conference schedule. A win over Wilkes and a loss by Eastern in DSU's next game next week would clinch a MAC Freedom postseason berth.
How it Happened
- The Bulldogs scored the first two goals of the game before King's answered with four straight to take a 4-2 lead.
- DSU tied the game at four and after the Monarchs took a 6-4 lead, the Bulldogs scored four straight to take an 8-6 lead before settling for an 8-7 lead at the end of the half.
- The second-half saw each team trade consecutive goals throughout the entire half as King's never led and DeSales built three separate three-goal leads before holding on in the end for the one-goal win.
Top Bulldog Performers
- Astram led DSU with four goals and two assists for six points.
- McCall had four goals and one assist, while Deeck finished with four goals.
- Freshman Azlin Myers had two goals and won two draw controls.
- Sophomore Katie Stordy had three assists and led both teams with 12 draw controls.
- Sophomore Rachel Sheubrooks finished with eight saves in goal.
For the Foes
- Emma Lehman led King's with four goals.
- Jen O'Connor had three goals and one assist.
- Orla Cottell made 12 saves in between the pipes.
Inside the Box Score
- DeSales out-shot King's, 43-28, and had a slim 16-15 edge in ground balls.
- DSU won 19-of-29 draw controls.
- The Bulldogs were a perfect 10-for-10 in clears in the second-half.
