Center Valley, PA (April 18, 2019) - The DeSales University men's tennis team dropped a 5-4 decision to FDU-Florham in MAC Freedom action on Thursday afternoon.

Doubles
FDU took a 2-1 lead after doubles play as junior Ahmad Kanan and freshman Nolan Beck earned an 8-4 win at the No. 3 flight.

Singles
The Bulldogs were unable to make-up the difference in singles play as the two teams split the six matches.  Sophomore Danny Lynn was a 6-1, 6-2 winner in the No. 1 spot, senior Austin Wesch won 6-0, 6-4 in the #4 hole, and Beck was a double winner with a 6-4, 6-2 win at the No. 6 position.

The Bulldogs travel to Manhattanville College next Wednesday in a very important MAC Freedom match needing a win to stay in the hunt for a home MAC Freedom playoff match.
