Purchase, NY (April 24, 2019) - The DeSales University women's tennis team earned a spot in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament with a 6-3 win at Manhattanville College in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs also clinched no worse than the #2 seed with the win and will host the semifinal round of the postseason tournament next week. DSU finishes the season on Saturday at Misericordia University.
Doubles

Kirsten Kosa won 8-3 in the No. 2 flight and seniorÂ
Sarah Chan and freshmanÂ
Annie Rakos won 8-2 in the No. 3 spot.
Singles
The Bulldogs finished off the win earning victories in each of the final four singles flights. Kosa won her 10th straight singles match and 17th of the season, 6-1, 6-0 in the No. 3 flight, Rakos was a 6-1, 6-0 winner at the No. 4 spot, Rodier earned a 6-1, 6-4 win in the fifth hole, and Chan won 6-0, 6-7, 1-0 (10-4) in the final flight.
