Bethlehem, PA (September 22, 2019) - The DeSales University women's tennis team split two matches against local rivals Moravian College and Muhlenberg College on Sunday afternoon.
Match #1 (L/0-9 vs. Moravian College)
The Bulldogs opened the day with a tough 9-0 loss to Greyhounds. FreshmanÂ
Abby Connors and sophomoreÂ
Bailey Greco put up the toughest fight falling 8-6 in the No. 3 doubles spot.
Match #2 (W/7-2 vs. Muhlenberg College)
DSU rebounded in its second match of the day taking all three doubles matches to jump out to a 3-0 lead.

Kelsey Kazlauskas teamed with sophomoreÂ
Annie Rakos to win 8-4 in the No. 1 flight, sophomoreÂ
Kirsten Kosa paired with Greco to win 8-5 in the No. 2 spot, and sophomoreÂ
Alex Rodier joined Connors in the No. 3 slot to win 8-4.
In singles, Kosa (6-1, 6-1 at #2), Rodier (6-3, 6-2 at #3), Greco (6-0, 6-0 at #5), and juniorÂ
Sabrina Ricciardi, 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 6 flight were all winners.
The Bulldogs return to action next weekend when they compete at the MAC Individual Tournament.
