Glenside, PA (March 4, 2020) - Four players scored in double digits leading the DeSales University men's basketball team to its fourth straight win, 84-76, over Arcadia University in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

- This is DeSales' last non-conference game of the season as the Bulldogs open MAC Freedom play next week.
How it Happened
- Down 7-6 early DSU used a 10-1 run early in the first-half to take a 16-8 lead at the 13:08 mark.
- Arcadia methodically battled back and took a 29-27 lead at the 5:51 mark that extended into the half with the hosts leading by two points (37-35).
- The advantage grew to five points (42-37) early in the second-half before DeSales took control.
- A 9-0 run led by four points from junior Matt Kachelries and a 3 from junior Mike Bealer gave DSU a 46-42 lead with 16:32 left.
- DSU pushed its advantage to 10 on a 3 from sophomore Dat Lambert midway thru the half and continued to lead by double digits (76-62) at the 3:08 mark.
- The Scarlet Knights scored seven straight points to get within seven late but a three-point play from junior Timmy Edwards pushed the lead back to 10 with 1:18 to go and the Bulldogs never looked back from there.

- Kachelries led DeSales with 19 points on an efficient 6-for-10 shooting afternoon.
- Bealer finished with 15 points, hitting 5 3's.
- Edwards came off the bench to register a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds.
- Pratt added 12 points and pulled down eight boards.
For the Foes
- Da'kquan Davis led all scorers with a game-high 37 points on 14-of-23 shooting.
Inside the Box Score
- DeSales dominated the glass out-rebounding Arcadia, 49-28, leading to a 17-3 advantage in second chance points.
- The bench once again played well out-scoring AU's bench, 28-10.
