Timmy Edwards set a new career-high with
31 points leading the DeSales University men's basketball team to an 84-60 win over MAC Freedom rival King's College on Saturday afternoon in Billera Hall.

How it Happened
- Trailing 5-4 early, DSU used an 11-4 run to take a 15-9 lead on a dunk from Edwards six minutes into the game.
- The game went back-and-forth the rest of the half with the Bulldogs increasing its advantage to (37-27) at the break on a three from junior Mike Bealer.
- DSU led by double digits the entire second-half, slowly pushing its lead to 17 four minutes into the half.
- The Monarchs scored four straight points to get within 13, but the Bulldogs got back-to-back 3's from Bealer and never looked back from there.
Top Bulldog Performers
- Edwards finished 12-18 from the field and added a career-high 16 rebounds to record his third double-double of the season.
- Bealer had 14 points, hitting four three-pointers.
- Senior Kweku Dawson-Amoah added 13 points and freshman Jordan Holmqvist finished with 11 points off the bench.
- Senior Ben Pratt had a terrific floor game with nine assists and just three turnovers.
For the Foes
- Jake Pawliczak finished with 23 points and 11 rebounds for the Monarchs.
- Andrew Hudak and Patrick Galvin each had eight points.

- DeSales also cashed in from the line hitting 15-of-18 (83.3%).
