Montclair, NJ (February 14, 2020) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team dropped its 2020 season opener, 11-3, at Montclair State University on a chilly Friday afternoon.

How it Happened

• DeSales had a 2-1 lead and led 3-2 three minutes into the second quarter before the Red Hawks finished the half with two straight goals to take a 4-3 lead.
• The second-half was all MSU as they scored four times in the third quarter and added three more in the fourth, while blanking the Bulldogs for the eight goal win.

• Juniors Matt Motto and Zach Bowen as well as sophomore Tom Connors each scored once.
