Center Valley, PA (October 9, 2021) - The DeSales University men's tennis team finished up the Fall season with a 5-4 win over local rival Moravian University on Saturday morning.
The win is DSU's third straight in the series with Moravian.
Doubles
The Bulldogs took a 2-1 lead as sophomoreÂ
Augie Citrone and juniorÂ
Thomas Blomquist won 8-1 in the No. 1 spot and juniorÂ
Will Pollick teamed with seniorÂ
Nolan Beck to win 8-3 in the No. 2 position.
Singles
Citrone, Pollick, and Beck were all winners in singles to close out the match. Citrone won 7-5, 6-1 in the No. flight, Pollick was a 6-3, 6-2 winner in the No. 2 spot, and Beck won 6-2, 6-2 in the No. 3 position.
DeSales wraps-up its Fall season with a 2-1 record and will return to play in the Spring.
