Center Valley, PA (February 19, 2021) - Four players, led by junior
Averi Jordan with 17 points, reached double figures leading the DeSales University women's basketball team to a 93-42 win over FDU-Florham in MAC Freedom action on Friday evening in Billera Hall.

- The win was DSU's fifth straight over the Devils and its 12th straight at home.

How it Happened
- Senior Isabel Caruso celebrated her senior night getting DSU off to a quick start scoring the first five points of the game as DSU took a 7-0 lead.
- Leading by four (9-5) early, the Bulldogs rattled off 10 straight points to take a 19-5 lead and led 24-8 after one quarter.
- The defense was equally as stingy in the second quarter holding the Devils to another eight points as the lead swelled to 44-16 at the halftime break.
- FDU forced an early second-half timeout by DeSales after scoring seven straight points early in the third quarter, but DSU responded with a 16-0 run out of the timeout and never looked back from there.
Top Bulldog Performers
- Jordan finished with a game-high 17 points in just 16:29 minutes of action and pulled down five boards.
- Caruso celebrated her senior night falling just one point shy of her career-high with 13 points and added four steals to move into 27th place all-time on the career steals list.
- Junior Rylie Rittenhouse finished with 12 points and sophomore Grace Kelleher was terrific off the bench with 10 points and a game-high tying five dimes.
- Freshmen Amelia Saunders and Olivia Scotti each had nine tallies off the pine.
For the Foes
- Jade-Dee Tolentino led the Devils with 13 points off the bench.
- Francesca Shipe added 11 points and pulled down six rebounds.

- DeSales had several impressive stats tonight led by committing just six turnovers and handing out 22 assists.
- DSU also forced 25 miscues leading to 35 points.
- The Bulldogs scored 60 of its 93 points in the paint and had a 16-2 advantage in fast break points.
