Madison, NJ (September 14, 2021) - The DeSales University volleyball team stayed unbeaten in MAC Freedom play besting FDU-Florham, 3-0, on Tuesday evening.

The Basics

• Final Score: DeSales - 3, FDU-Florham - 0 (25-12, 25-18, 25-17)
• Records: DeSales (5-4, 2-0 MAC Freedom); FDU-Florham (4-3, 0-2 MAC Freedom)
• It is DSU's 14th straight win the series and improves the Bulldogs to 32-9 all-time vs. the Devils.

How it Happened

• DeSales was in control from the outset hitting over .259 in each of the three sets including a .333 hitting percentage in the final set.
• The Bulldogs only trailed four times in the entire match, each of which came early in all three sets.

Top Bulldog Performers

• Junior Delanie Zohler and junior Caroline Garretson each had 11 kills, hitting .409 and .500 respectively.
• Sophomore Shannon McDevitt finished with nine kills and hit .818, adding three blocks.
• Senior Audrey Wolfe had 22 assists and eight digs and sophomore Grace Grandinetti finished with 14 assists.
• Junior McKenzie Brady had 13 digs and three aces and first-year Mykenah Calder finished with 14 digs and three blocks.

For the Foes

• Adrienne DeFuria led the Devils with seven kills.
