Center Valley, PA (March 23, 2022) - The DeSales University softball team dropped both ends of a non-conference doubleheader with Kean University in non-conference action on a rainy Wednesday afternoon at McGettigan Park.
Game One (L/0-8)
Kean broke open a close game with five runs in the fourth inning to take a 7-0 lead and closed out the Bulldogs with another run in the sixth inning.

Tabitha Lawless pitched well in the loss allowing just one hit over 2 1/3 innings, striking out four. First-yearÂ
Madison Kelly had two of DSU's four hits.
Game Two (L/1-10)
Kean took a 5-0 lead early with three runs in the first and two more in the second inning and never looked back.
The Bulldogs had just four hits in this one as well including a solo home run from seniorÂ
Reilly Kerr for the Bulldogs' lone run.
DSU is back in action on Saturday when they travel to Delaware Valley University for another MAC Freedom doubleheader beginning at 1:00 pm.
