Emma Ribeiro scored two goals helping lead the DeSales University women's soccer team past FDU-Florham, 3-1, in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
- DeSales struck first in this one taking a 1-0 lead in the 28th minute when first-year Catherine Crampton found Ribeiro in the center of the box where she blasted a left-footed shot that found the top shelf of the net.
- FDU-Florham got the tying goal in the 52nd minute on a goal by Mia Lopez about 20 yards out on a feed from Daniella Conanan.
- It only took the Bulldogs five minutes to retake the lead when Ribeiro scored her second of the game by beating the keeper 1-on-1 after she slipped on a goal kick.
- DSU put the exclamation point on the final tally in the 71st minute after senior Elizabeth McCarthy chipped and beat the keeper once again on a through pass from fellow senior Holly McFarland.
