Clinton, NY (October 21, 2023) - The DeSales University volleyball team dropped its fourth straight match falling 3-1 to Hartwick College on Saturday.

The Bulldogs fell behind early dropping sets one (25-20) and two (25-19) before hitting a match-high .204 in the third set to force the fourth set. Hartwick took advantage of nine hitting errors from DeSales in the fourth set to close out the match, 25-17.

Senior Delanie Zohler led all players with 14 kills and three blocks. Fellow senior Paige Lewis had 10 kills and hit .286 for the match with two blocks.

Senior Grace Grandinetti had 30 assists and seven digs and senior Emma Notarfrancesco had 18 digs in the loss.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Tuesday when they travel to Delaware Valley University for an important MAC Freedom match beginning at 7:00 pm.
