Doylestown, PA (October 24, 2023) - The DeSales University volleyball team took down Delaware Valley University, 3-0, in MAC Freedom action on Tuesday evening.

The win is DSU"s 20th straight over the Aggies improving the Bulldogs to 38-5 all-time vs. Delaware Valley.  DSU remains in the playoff hunt following the win and can clinch a spot in the postseason with a win over Stevens next week. The Bulldogs can also clinch with a loss but will need help in other matches next week.

DeSales was in control throughout in this one winning by scores of 25-14, 25-17, and 25-19.

Seniors Delanie Zohler and Alyson Maddalone both had seven kills to lead the attack. Maddalone added three blocks and fellow senior Paige Lewis finished with five kills and four blocks.

Junior Mykenah Calder had six kills and a team-best 22 digs.  Maddalone also had 18 digs and senior Emma Notarfrancesco finished with 19 digs.

The Bulldogs are back in action this weekend hosting Baruch College and Rowan University on Saturday at 11 AM and 1 PM.
