Doylestown, PA (April 15, 2023) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team earned its second straight win and its fourth win in their last five games, 18-4, over Delaware Valley University in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

• This is the Bulldogs fifth straight win over the Aggies and improves DSU to 8-1 all-time vs. DVU.

How it Happened

• DeSales opened up a 3-0 lead in the first five minutes of the game and led 7-1 at the halftime break.
• After trading goals to start the third quarter DSU scored five straight goals to lead 13-2 and never looked back in the fourth quarter.

Top Bulldog Performers

• Nine different guys scored in the win including first-year Jake Hurd with five goals and an assist.
• Sophomore Jake Fratarcangeli, junior Pat Wixted, first-year Mark Winkler Jr., first-year Kellen Baklund, and senior Beau Neff all scored twice.
• Neff added three assists and junior Colin Adams had a goal and three assists.
• Sophomore Anthony Gash won 8-of-9 faceoffs and senior Zach Broomall was 7-for-12 in faceoffs.
• First-year Taylor Wikert had three caused turnovers and six ground balls.
• Junior Quinten Lyons made 10 saves in the cage.

• Brett Ziegler had two goals for the Aggies.
