Ambler, PA (April 2, 2023) - The DeSales University baseball team dropped both ends of a MAC Freedom doubleheader at Arcadia University by scores of 10-3 and 7-2 on Sunday afternoon.
Game One (L/3-10)
Arcadia scored in each of the first four innings opening up 7-3 lead and added three more in the sixth to post the final tally.
DSU out-hit Arcadia, 9-8, in the game but left nine men on-base as compared to the Knights leaving just four on-base.

Shane Anhalt all had two hits in game one.
Game Two (L/2-7)
The Bulldogs struck early scoring twice in the first inning on back-to-back sacrifice flys from Diaz and seniorÂ
Joe Grigas IV.
Arcadia answered with two runs in the bottom of the first inning and took the lead for good with a run in the third before scoring three times in the fourth for a 6-2 lead.
Allison and juniorÂ
Gavin Zavorski each had two hits in the loss.
The Bulldogs are right back at it tomorrow when they host Montclair State University in a non-league game beginning at 5:00 pm.
