Gwynedd-Valley, PA (September 1, 2023) - Sophomore Liam MacDonald scored the games only goal leading the DeSales University men's soccer team past Gwynedd-Mercy University, 1-0, in the 2023 season opener for both teams.

• Senior Batur Yaman crossed a ball into the box in the 55th minute that MacDonald volleyed home to break the scoreless tie.
