Center Valley, PA (November 25, 2024) - Five players reached double digits and the DeSales University men's basketball team never trailed in an 86-68 win over its local rival, Moravian University, in non-conference action on Monday evening in Billera Hall.

- The Bulldogs make it four in a row in the series with the Greyhounds improving to 28-23 all-time against its local rival.
How it Happened
- The game was tied five times over the first 7:25 before an 11-1 run highlighted by two 3's from first-year Luke Keppel pushed DeSales to a 27-17 lead with 8:42 to go in the opening half.
- Moravian pulled to within three points late in the half but a three from senior Devin Atkinson and three free throws from junior Brendan Boyle pushed the advantage back up to nine points which held into the halftime break.
- It was all Bulldogs in the second-half as they pushed the lead up to 17 points with a 9-1 run out of the halftime locker room capped by a three-pointer from senior Matt Ciszkowski.
- The lead never fell below 14 points the rest of the way as DeSales earned its third straight win.
Top Bulldog Performers
- First-year Jayden Thomas led the double digit scoring with 17 points.
- Keppel, Atkinson, and senior Caleb Gibbs each had 14 point with Gibbs adding eight boards and four blocks, Atkinson swiping five steals, and Keppel had a season=high six rebounds.
- Ciszkowski also reached double figures with 10 points.
- Boyle finished with a season-high seven assists.
For the Foes
- Marquis Ratcliff finished with a game-high 31 points, hitting five three-pointers.
- No other Greyhound had more than five points.
Inside the Box Score
- DSU shot 50.9 percent from the field and was 10-for-23 from outside the arc (43.5 percent).
- The Bulldogs had a 36-25 advantage on the glass and scored 24 second chance points on 14 offensive rebounds.
- DeSales had 20 assists on 29 made baskets.
