Mikaili Donmoyer tied her career-high with 21 points leading the DeSales University women's basketball team past New Jersey City University, 72-51, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

- DeSales never trailed in this one scoring the first eight points of the game and opening up a 13-3 lead five minutes into the game thanks in part to eight early points from senior Morgan Sterner.
- The Gothic Knights hit 5 3's in the first-quarter to rally late, getting within three points (18-15) after one quarter of play.
- It was a four-point game early in the second quarter after NJCU's sixth trey of the game when the Bulldogs scored eight straight points to take a 30-18 lead and led by 10 (33-23) at the halftime break.
- DSU scored the first nine points, five by Donmoyer, of the third quarter to claim a 42-23 lead.
- NJCU cut the margin down to nine late in the quarter before DeSales finished the quarter strong to take a 51-39 advantage into the fourth quarter.
- It was all Bulldogs in the final quarter as the lead never fell below 13 points as DSU cruised home with the win.

- Donmoyer finished with a career-high tying 21, going 8-for-8 from the charity stripe and hitting three 3's.
- Sterner recorded her first career double-double with 11 points and 11 rebounds, adding three assists and four steals.
- First-year Alexis Berger was also in double figures with 11 points, falling just two rebounds shy of a double-double with eight and adding four steals.
- Junior Sammi White had 10 rebounds and blocked two shots.
- Junior Lindsay Bednarek and sophomore Mia Stock each had eight points off the pine.
For the Foes
- Destiny Battle finished with 15 points as the lone double digit scorer for the Gothic Knights.
