Center Valley, PA (March 24, 2024) - The DeSales University women's tennis team took down NCAA Division II East Stroudsburg University, 5-4, in non-conference action on Sunday afternoon.

Doubles
Senior Morgan Landau and junior Alyssa Vandenberge earned an 8-1 win in the No. 1 doubles position and senior Hope Hoppe paired with sophomore Lilah Maus to win 8-3 in the No. 2 slot giving DSU a 2-1 lead.

Singles
Landau was a double winner in the No. 1 flight with a hard-fought, 7-6 (7-4), 6-2 win. Vandenberge and Maus also earned wins to close out the match as Vandenberge won 6-1, 6-1 in third flight and Maus was a 6-0, 6-2 winner in the fourth spot.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Wednesday when they host Eastern University for a non-conference match beginning at 3:00 pm.
