Center Valley, PA (September 25, 2024) - The DeSales University field hockey team suffered its sixth straight loss falling to Haverford College, 2-0, in non-conference action on a rainy Wednesday evening.

• The loss moves DSU to 1-4 all-time vs. the Fords.

How it Happened

• Haverford scored once in each of the first two quarters to take a 2-0 lead into the half.
• After taking just one shot in the first-half, DSU was more aggressive in the second-half totaling four shots and earning eight penalty corners, but was unable to get on the board.

• Sophomore Alyssa Schlossman had another strong effort in goal making 12 saves in the cage.

• Louisa Coughlin and Zoey Despines scored the Fords two goals.
