Mia Carder each scored goals in the fourth quarter leading the DeSales University field hockey team to a 2-1 comeback win over Delaware Valley University in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

How it Happened
- The Bulldogs dominated possession the entire game, limiting the Aggies to just two shots and two corners the entire game.
- DSU peppered the Aggie goal early and earned a penalty stroke early in the first quarter but it was saved by the Delaware Valley keeper keeping the game scoreless.
- DVU struck first scoring with 3:18 left in the first quarter on what became its only true scoring threat all game.
- The Bulldogs continued to pepper the Aggie circle but the Del. Val. keeper was up to the task blanking the Bulldogs thru three quarters.
- DeSales finally tied the game at one with just under 10 minutes to play when Sodl pushed home a rebound inside the right post.
- DSU continued to dominate possession and took the lead for good when Carder scored her first career goal with 4:54 left to play.
