Hoboken, NJ (February 12, 2025) - The DeSales University women's basketball team saw a fourth quarter comeback fall short falling at Stevens, 57-49, in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
- Neither team scored over the first three minutes of the game before junior Mikaili Donmoyer hit a three 3:12 into the game.
- A 6-0 run gave Stevens a 10-5 lead and the Ducks led by five (12-7) after one quarter of play.
- The Ducks lead was seven with 3:50 left in the half they ended the half on a 9-4 run to lead 30-18 at the break.
- DeSales cut into the margin opening up the third quarter with an 8-0 run to get within six (35-29) with 5:29 to go in the quarter.
- Stevens answered with eight straight points of its own to re-claim a 14-point advantage and led by 13 after three quarters of play.
- The Bulldogs got back within six with 4:04 left to play but were unable to get any closer.
Top Bulldog Performers
- Senior Morgan Sterner led the Bulldogs with 13 points.
- Donmoyer finished with 11 points.
- First-year Aubrey Pollard was one point shy of a double-double with nine tallies and 10 rebounds.
For the Foes
- Leyla Castro led all scorers with a game-high 25 points, adding six assists.
- Lucy Alberici also had double digits with 12 points.

- Stevens shot 38.2 percent from the field and hit 41.2 percent from three-point land.
