Mikaili Donmoyer hit two huge three-pointers late lifting the DeSales University women's basketball team past top seeded Lebanon Valley College, 43-41, in the MAC Freedom semifinals on Wednesday evening.

How it Happened
- DeSales scored the first five points of the game and led 11-4 early before LVC closed the first quarter with six straight points to make it 11-10.
- DSU trailed by two (15-13) with 5:31 left in the opening half before finishing the second quarter on an 8-2 run to claim a 21-17 lead.
- The Bulldogs dominated the third quarter out-scoring LVC, 14-6, to take a 35-23 advantage in the final quarter of play.
- After trading baskets early, the Flying Dutchmen caught fire and the Bulldogs went cold.
- LVC hit four straight 3's and had a 14-0 run over the span of 6:40 to take a 41-37 lead with 2:13 left to play.
- Donmoyer quited the run with a deep 3 to get DeSales within one (41-40) at the two minute mark.
- After a Lebanon Valley turnover, junior Lindsay Bednarek was strong on a driving layup but the Bulldogs got a stop on the defensive end regaining possession with 58 seconds left.
- Donmoyer again came up clutch hitting another deep three while falling down to put DSU up 43-41.
- Donmoyer got a steal after an LVC timeout but while trying to dribble out the shot clock, fumbled the ball out of bounds giving the Flying Dutchmen one last chance.
- LVC was short on a 10-footer and first-year Marissa LaVerghetta grabbed the rebound and was fouled.
- DSU inbounded the ball with 0.3 seconds left as time ran out and the Bulldogs pulling off the upset.
Top Bulldog Performers
- Donmoyer was just sensational with a team-high 18 points, hitting 4-for-8 from deep and adding four steals.
- Senior Morgan Sterner had a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds in the win.
- Junior Sammi White was also big with four blocked shots.
For the Foes
- Kailey Eckhart led LVC with a game-high 19 points off the bench as the lone double digit scorer.
