Devin Atkinson was honored on Tuesday being named to the CSC Academic All-District Men's Basketball Team as announced by the College Sports Communicators.
To be eligible for this honor you must be a sophomore or higher, have a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or greater, and either play in 90% of games or start 66% of games on your institutions team.
Atkinson, a marketing major, earns CSC Academic All-District honors for the third straight season. The senior is coming off the best season of his career earning All-MAC Freedom Second-Team honors finishing the year averaging 13.1 points and 7.0 rebounds per game. Atkinson led DeSales in both three-point field goal percentage (42-for-90 - .467) and assists with 56.
