Gwynedd-Valley, PA (March 8, 2025) - The DeSales University women's lacrosse team extended its winning streak to four straight dominating Gwynedd-Mercy University, 24-1, in non-conference action on Saturday afternoon.

• Records: DeSales (4-0 overall); Gwynedd-Mercy (1-4 overall)
• The Bulldogs improve to 4-0 all-time vs. the Griffins.
• This marks the first time in team history DeSales has opened a season with four straight wins and the Bulldogs are now one win why of tying the record for consecutive wins.
• DSU tied the single-game record for goals (24) and assists (17) and broke the record for points in a game with 41.

• DeSales dominated this game from start-to-finish scoring 12 goals in the first quarter.
• The lead was 16-0 at the half and the Bulldogs cruised in the second-half.

• Junior Hailey Linebaugh led the scoring attack with three goals and five assists.
• Senior Jess Brey (6g, 1a) and junior Christina DiGuglielmo (3g, 4a) each had seven points and Brey totaled six draw controls.
• Junior Bridey Lawler had four goals and two assists and sophomore Sophia Campola added three goals and two assists for five points.
• Senior Meagan Landers became just the second player in team history to score 100 career goals, totaling two goals and two assists in the win.
• Junior Danielle Sieja had a goal and led the team with seven draw controls.
• Junior Emma Williamson had two caused turnovers to lead the defense.
