Strong Second-Half Powers Men's Lacrosse past Lebanon Valley, 16-5

Annville, PA (April 19, 2025) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team out-scored Lebanon Valley College, 9-1, in the second-half pulling away for a 16-5 win in MAC Freedom action on Saturday afternoon.

  • Final Score: DeSales - 16, Lebanon Valley - 5
  • Records: DeSales (7-8; 4-1 MAC Freedom); Lebanon Valley (7-8; 2-3 MAC Freedom)
  • The win is DSU's second straight in the series and first on the road vs. the Flying Dutchmen improving the Bulldogs to 3-1 all-time in the series.
  • The Bulldogs are currently tied for second with Arcadia University heading into the final week of the regular season needing just one win in either of their final two games to clinch a spot in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament.
How it Happened
  • DSU opened the game with the first four goals to lead 4-0 before LVC scored the next three goals to make it a one goal game.
  • Two straight goals pushed the lead to three before exchanging goals to finish the half with the Bulldogs leading 7-4.
  • It was all DeSales in the second-half, scoring the first six goals to lead by nine, before the final 16-5 total was posted.

  • Ethan Keenan scored twice and Trey Ralston had three assists in the loss.
