Bethlehem, PA (April 22, 2025) - The DeSales University baseball team had two bad innings leading to 12 runs for the Greyhounds falling to its local rival, Moravian University, 14-7, in non-conference action on Tuesday afternoon.
Moravian got seven runs, six unearned, in the second inning to take a 7-0 lead.
The Bulldogs got three unearned runs in the third and pulled to within two runs (7-5) in the top of the fourth inning.
The Greyhounds broke it open in the bottom of the fourth scoring five times to lead 12-5 and DSU ran out of rallies late.

Gavin Zavorski had two hits and two RBIs and juniorÂ
John Rorick added two hits and scored twice.
DSU is back in action on Friday when they host King's College in game one of the three weekend three-game set beginning at 3:30 pm.
