Christina DiGuglielmo had four goals and one assist breaking the all-time record in points leading the DeSales University women's lacrosse team past Misericordia University, 17-10, in MAC Freedom action on Wednesday evening clinching a spot in the MAC Freedom postseason tournament next week.

How it Happened
- This game was back-and-forth in the first quarter as DeSales scored first, MU took a 2-1 lead, the Bulldogs led 3-2, the Cougars led 4-3, before DSU scored the final two goals of the quarter to take a 5-4 advantage after one quarter of action.
- Misericordia tied the game at five to start the second quarter,but DeSales dominated the rest of the half, scoring the last three goals to lead 8-5 at the break.
- After trading goals to start the second-half the Bulldogs pulled away scoring six straight goals to take a 15-6 lead and never looked back in the fourth quarter.

- DiGuglielmo was just outstanding in this one finishing with four goals and one assist to give her 195 career points, surpassing Marina Bradley, who had held the mark with 191 career points.
- DiGuglielmo added 13 draw controls, one shy of the all-time record for DC's in a game.
- Senior Jess Brey led the team in scoring with four goals and three assists and junior Bridey Lawler had four goals and one assist.
- Junior Hailey Linebaugh had five assists and junior Emma Williamson scored three goals and tallied an assist for four points.
