Bethlehem, PA (April 24, 2025) - The DeSales University softball team dropped both ends of a doubleheader at #12 Moravian University on Thursday afternoon.
Game One (L/0-8)
The Bulldogs fell behind early as the Greyhounds scored five runs over the first two innings and were unable to mount a combeack.
DSU had just one hit in this one, off the bat from sophomoreÂ
Paige Hromin.
SeniorÂ
Rachel Lowry took the loss allowing five runs over two innings pitched.
Game Two (L/0-6)
Game two was scoreless thru three innings before Moravian broke the game open with five runs in the bottom of the fourth inning and added another run in the bottom of the sixth.
First-yearÂ
Ava DiDonato gave up four runs in 3 2/3 innings pitched.
Five different players had hits in the loss.
DeSales is back in action on Sunday when they host King's College in MAC Freedom action beginning at Noon.
