Center Valley, PA (September 10, 2025) - The DeSales University volleyball team dropped a 3-0 match with non-conference foe Franklin & Marshall College on Wednesday evening in Billera Hall.

The Bulldogs fell behind early in the first set but battled back to get within two at 20-19 before the Diplomats scored the final five points to win 25-19.  Tied at six early in the second set, F&M scored seven of the next eight points to lead 13-7 and once again finished strong scoring the final five points to win 25-18. DSU led 9-6 early in the third set until a 7-1 run pushed the Diplomats ahead 13-10. DSU fought back to get within two points several times but was never able to reclaim the lead falling, 25-21.

Sophomore Kylie Campbell had 11 digs to lead the defense. Sophomore Ashlyn Dinan led the way with 11 assists and fellow sophomores Brooke Signorella and Allison Reimer each had five kills. Reimer added 10 digs.

DSU is back in action on Saturday traveling to the Coast Guard Academy to take on the host and Johnson & Wales.
