Women's Soccer Drops to Elizabethtown, 3-1 on the Road

ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa (Sept. 24, 2025) -- The DeSales University women's soccer team dropped the game at Elizabethtown College, 3-1, Wednesday afternoon.  

How it Happened 

  • The Bulldogs showed up in the first half with a strong defensive presence, but the Bluejays were able to sneak in one goal before the end of the half.  

  • Elizabethtown then had the chance to sneak in two more goals, and finish the game with a 3-1 lead over DeSales.  

Top Bulldog Performers  

  • Mulroney added the one goal onto the board for the Bulldogs.  

For the Foes  

  • Bridget Ferrarese and Skylar Mumford had goals for the Bluejays.  

  • Goal keeper Ella Smith finished the game with four saves. 

Inside the Box Scores  

  • Elizabethtown had a slim 6-5 advantage with shots on goal.  

  • DeSales had a large 6-2 majority when it came to corner kicks.
