Jacksonville, FL (March 11, 2026) - The DeSales University men's lacrosse team saw a second-half comeback fall short falling to Sewanee, 15-11, on the Bulldogs lone game of their spring break trip to Florida on Wednesday afternoon.

- This was the second straight year these two teams have met in March in Florida with Sewanee taking both meetings.
How it Happened
- Sewanee jumped out quickly in this one scoring the game's first six goals.
- The lead grew to as many as seven in the second quarter before the Bulldogs scored the last two goals of the second quarter to trail by five (9-4) at the half.
- After trading goals for the first eight minutes of the third quarter, DSU caught fire scoring three straight to end the third pulling within two goals (11-9) at the end of three quarters of play.
- Sewanee answered the run with the first two goals of the fourth quarter to reclaim a four-goal lead and DeSales was unable to get any closer.
