Center Valley, PA (March 25, 2026) - The DeSales University baseball team saw its six game win streak come to an end after a 17-7 loss to Montclair State University at Weiland Park on Wednesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs had a 2-1 lead after three innings on an RBI single from sophomoreÂ
Jacob Rivera and solo home run from seniorÂ
Bobby Dingell.
MSU got three runs in the top of the fourth to take a 4-2 lead but the Bulldogs answered with four runs in the bottom half of the inning to lead 6-4. SeniorÂ
JT Anderosky had an RBI single, Dingell knocked in two more runs, and Rivera had an RBI groundout in the fourth.
The Red Hawks took control from there scoring seven times in the fifth to take an 11-6 lead and never looked back after that.
Dingell finished 2-for-3 with two runs scored and three RBIs, Anderosky had two hits, Rivera two hits and two RBIs, and first-yearÂ
Dominic Berretta had two hits and sccored once.

Kyle Hart pitched three strong innings early allowing just four hits and striking out three.
DSU returns to action on Friday traveling to Delaware Valley University for another MAC Freedom game set to begin at 3:30 pm.
