Bath, PA (April 13, 2026) - The DeSales University golf team posted a third place finish out of six teams at the Muhlenberg College Spring Invitational on Monday afternoon at Southmoore golf course.
DSU sent two teams to the event with the "A" team taking third with a team total of 334 and the "B" team finishing sixth with a 351.
JuniorÂ
Paul Hornberger and seniorÂ
Jimmy Kelly led the charge for the "A" team with 10-over 81's. Hornberger had a birdie on hole 14 and Kelly made birdie on #5 and eagle on #14 in his round.
SeniorÂ
Brandon Fox and first-yearÂ
Matthew Smith rounded out the top four on the "A" team with matching 86's.
The "B" team was led by seniorÂ
Kyle Artis with an 84, while sophomoreÂ
Dylan Carfara (87) and juniorÂ
Quincy Brunner (88) also broke 90 on the day.
The Bulldogs are back in action on Sunday and Monday competing at the Moselem Cup.
