Allentown, PA (April 15, 2026) - The DeSales University baseball team ran its win streak to five straight scoring a season-high 22 runs in a 22-7 win over local rival Muhlenberg College in non-conference action on Wednesday afternoon.
The Bulldogs left no doubt in this one scoring nine times in the first inning and six times in the second inning to lead 15-1 early.
The Mules scored six straight runs in the second and third innings to get within 15-7 before DeSales finished the game with seven unanswered runs to post the final tally.
12 different players had hits in the 17-hit attack. DSU was hit by a pitch nine times, one shy of the team record of 10 that was ironically also in a game vs. Muhlenberg College.

The Bulldogs are back in action on Friday when they travel to FDU-Florham for the first of three games with FDU-Florham this weekend.
