Center Valley, PA (May 26, 2026) - Five DeSales University baseball players including: senior JT Anderosky, senior Mike Hooker, graduate student Owen Fischl, sophomore Jacob Rivera, and first-year Kevin Brace earned All-Region honors as announced by both the ABCA and D3Baseball.com organizations on Tuesday afternoon.

Hooker, Anderosky, Fischl, and Rivera were each named to both the ABCA and D3Baseball.com All-Region teams, while Brace earned D3Baseball.com Third-Team honors.  Hooker was named the Regional Pitcher of the Year by both organizations.

Hooker becomes the first Bulldogs pitcher to ever earn Region Pitcher of the Year honors as he was named Pitcher of the Year on both the ABCA and D3Baseball.com teams, while also earning First-Team honors on both teams for the first time in his career.  He finished the year with a 9-1 record and a 3.48 ERA making 14 starts totaling 82 2/3 innings with 64 strikeouts.  He was also named to the All-MAC Freedom First-Team and the MAC Freedom Pitcher of the Year.  Hooker tied the school-record winning nine games in one season.

Anderosky is named to the ABCA First-Team and D3Baseball.com Second-Team earning All-Region honors for the second time in his career.  He adds these honors to also being named the MAC Freedom Player of the Year and the MAC Freedom Defensive Player of the Year.  Anderosky finished the year batting .421 with a school-record 83 hits and a school-record 65 runs scored. He added a team-high 18 doubles, knocked in 36 runs, and led the Bulldogs with 36 stolen bases this season.  Anderosky also had a 1,000 fielding percentage patrolling centerfield with five outfield assists and 139 putouts.

Fischl is named to the First-Team on both the ABCA and D3Baseball.com teams. He earns All-Region honors for the first time in his career after also being named All-MAC Freedom First-Team. Fischl finshed the season batting .405 with 60 hits and 59 runs scored. He added seven home runs and broke the school-record with 63 RBIs. Fischl finished with 14 doubles and had an on-base percentage of .553 with a school-record 39 walks, stealing 13 bases.

Rivera is named to the First-Team on both the ABCA and D3Baseball.com teams as well. He earns All-Region honors for the first time in his career after earning All-MAC Freedom First-Team honors. Rivera batted .405 with 66 hits and 45 runs scored, adding 16 doubles, three triples, six home runs, and 49 RBIs.  He totaled 16 stolen bases and had an on-base percentage of .507.

Brace earns D3Baseball.com Third-Team honors after also being named MAC Freedom Co-Rookie of the Year and All-MAC Freedom Second-Team. He finished the year hitting .333 with 60 hits and 46 runs scored adding 15 doubles, three triples, two homers, and 45 RBIs.
