Annville, PA (January 30, 2023) - The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) announced its 2022 MAC Fall Academic Honor Roll on Friday afternoon and 80 DeSales student-athletes across six sports were honored on the list.

The Fall Academic Honor Roll is comprised of student-athletes who compete in a varsity level sport and registered a fall semester GPA of 3.20 or higher.  A total of 1,850 student-athletes who competed in a Fall sport in the MAC were honored, while a total of 295 of them earned a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Among the highlights for DeSales were 16 student-athletes who earned a perfect 4.0 GPA including senior Tom Greve, junior Ben Phillippy, senior Carl Tyce, senior Amelia Smith (women's cross country), sophomore Shae Zeitler (women's cross country), senior Austen Brewer (volleyball), first-year Meghan Dahl (field hockey), senior Catie McGrath (field hockey), senior Tyra Wingle (field hockey), junior Batur Yaman (men's soccer), sophomore Lexi Bleam (women's soccer), junior Kerrigan de Meij (women's soccer), junior Elizabeth McCarthy (women's soccer), junior Kelly Meyer (women's soccer), junior Hannah Pacheco (women's soccer), graduate student Katie Padgett (women's soccer).

Overall DeSales' six fall teams totaled 138 student-athletes eligible for the MAC Academic Honor Roll with 80 earning the honor and thus 57.9% percent of the eligible student-athletes were recognized by the conference.
