Morgantown, WV (March 21, 2026) - The DeSales University women's track & field team opened up the outdoor season with several athletes posting MAC qualfying times.
Among the highlights for the Bulldogs was first-yearÂ
Emily Hoysan posting an MAC and AARTFC qualifying time in the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.64, the third fastest time in team history.
SophomoreÂ
Brooke Signorella posted MAC qualfying times in the 100-meters (12.91), the long jump (5.20m), and the triple jump (11.02m). Her TJ mark also qualified for the AARTFC Championships.
Other MAC qualfiying times came in the 200-meters where seniorÂ
Lindsay Bednarek finished 13th with a time of 26.84 and first-yearÂ
Megan Fornwalt finishing 14th with a time of 26.89. Fornwalt also qualified in the 400-meters (1:01.17) and first-yearÂ
Emily Harrington qualified in the 5K with a time of 19:19.17.
SophomoreÂ
Sophia Amoretti qualified for the MAC Championships in both the discus (36.43m) and hammer throw (35.68m). Her discus mark was the seventh best in team history.
The Bulldogs are back in action next weekend at the Danny Curran Invitational at Widener University.
