Bethlehem, PA (April 18, 2026) - The DeSales University women's track & field team competed at the Coach Pollard Invitational on Friday and Saturday at Moravian University.
In the running events, DSU had a few MAC qualifying performances as sophomore
Kay Wiscount and first-yearÂ
Megan Fornwalt each bettered their MAC time in the 400-meters as Wiscount produced the third best 400 time in team history at 59.05 and Fornwalt the fifth best time in team history at 59.07. First-yearÂ
Regan Haley also bettered her 100-meter hurdle time with a time of 18.11.
SeniorÂ
Lindsay Bednarek qualified in the 100-meters with a time of 13.07 seconds and first-yearÂ
Emily Hoysan qualified in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:08.97. First-yearÂ
Hannah Miller qualified in the 1,500-meters (5:02.28) and first-yearÂ
Danielle Boland qualified in the 1,500-meters with a time of 5:07.00
In the field events first-yearÂ
Abigail Stella qualified in the pole vault (2.75m) and juniorÂ
Catherine Crampton qualified in the triple jump (10.77m).
Bettering their MAC marks were sophomoreÂ
Brooke Signorella in the long jump (5.64m), sophomoreÂ
Sadie Fenstermaker in the discus (40.87m), the third best mark in team history, sophomoreÂ
Sophia Amoretti in the discus (37.80m), and juniorÂ
Sophia Manidis in the hammer throw (38.60m).
The 4x400-meter relay team took home second place in the meet with a time of 4:01.98, featuring Bednarek, sophomoreÂ
Ashley Carrier, Fornwalt, and Wiscount.
The Bulldogs are back in action next weekend at the Carol and John Covert Classic also at Moravian University.
