New Orleans, LA (May 21, 2026) - Seven DeSales University track & field student-athletes earned USTFCCCA All-Region honors as announced by the organization on its web site Wednesday afternoon.

The top-8 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.

Among the honorees were senior Lindsay Bednarek (4x400 relay), sophomore Ashley Carrier (4x400 relay), sophomore Sadie Fenstermaker (discus and hammer throw), first-year Megan Fornwalt (4x400 relay), sophomore Ellie Kozich (5K and 10K), sophomore Brooke Signorella (long jump and triple jump), and sophomore Kay Wiscount (800 meters and 4x400 relay).

Bednarek, Carrier, Fornwalt, and Wiscount all earned All-Region honors as part of the 4x400 relay team that had a top time of 3:59.81, which shattered the school-record by more than four seconds.  Wiscount also earned All-Region honors in the 800-meters with a time of 2:11.12, the second fastest time in team history. It marks the third and fourth team she has earned All-Region honors.

Signorella is named All-Region for the fourth and fifth time in her career. She has has top marks of 5.64m (long jump) and 12.14m (triple jump), breaking the school-record in the triple jump. Signorella is competing this weekend at the NCAA Division III Outdoor National Championships in the triple jump entering the event seeded seventh.

Kozich earns All-Region honors for the sixth and seventh time in her career. She has a top time of 17:20.39 in the 5K, third fastest in team history, and 35:55.91 in the 10K, second fastest in team history.

Fenstermaker earns All-Region honors for the first time in her career. She had top marks of 42.04m in the discus, third best in team history, and 48.11m in the hammer throw which shattered the school-record.
