Madison, NJ (October 31, 2011) – The DeSales University women's soccer team dropped its 2011 season finale, 5-1, at FDU-Florham in Freedom Conference action on Monday afternoon thanks to five unanswered goals by the Devils.

Freshman Alyssa Borgesi got DSU (3-14-1, 1-6 Freedom) on the board just 6:17 into the game, scoring her first goal of the season on a shot from about 25 yards out that slipped thru the Devils (8-11-1, 4-2-1 Freedom) goalkeeper's hands.

The Bulldogs continued to lead into the 35th minute before FDU's Claire Donohue took over scoring three times in a span of 12:52 between the first and second half to give FDU a 3-1 lead.  FDU added two more goals in the second half to provide the final 5-1 margin.

Freshman Michelle Churchman played well despite the five goals allowed, making nine saves in between the pipes.
