Ithaca, NY (March 8, 2025) - The DeSales University men's track & field team wrapped up the indoor season competing at the AARFTC Indoor Championships hosted at Ithaca College on Friday and Saturday.

The Bulldogs had runners competing in the 3000 meter, 800 meter, and 60 meter hurdles.
 
On Friday night, senior Sam Estherson placed 14^th overall in the 60 meter hurdles, recording a time of 8.38 seconds. Sam ran the second fastest time in school history, second to his own school record time of 8.28, which he ran earlier this season.
 
In the 800 meter run, sophomore Jozef Callano took 9^th place with a time of 1:56.41. Jozef achieved a personal record for his indoor 800 time, beating his pervious PR of 1:57.02. Jozef's time also puts him as the 4^th fastest indoor runner in DeSales school history for the 800.
 
Taking 12^th place overall in the 3000 meter, sophomore Joey Wilson earned a personal record time of 8:44.64. He dropped an impressive 18 seconds off his previous best 3000 time in the process. Joey's time also places him as the 4^th fastest runner in DeSales school history for the 3000.
 
The Bulldogs will now be gearing up for the start of the outdoor season starting on Saturday March 22^nd at Stockton University in Galloway, NJ.
