Jonathan Eudja were each named USTFCCCA All-Region as announced by the organization on its web site on Wednesday afternoon.
The top-8 individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region distinction, in addition to each member of the region's top-8 relay teams. The regions used for this award – East, Great Lakes, Metro, Mid-Atlantic, Mideast, Midwest, Niagara, North, South, and West – match those used during the cross country season.
Callano earned All-Region honors in both the 800-meters and 1,500-meters. It marks the third and fourth time he has taken home All-Region honors after earning the honor in the 800-meters in both indoor and outdoor track & field as a sophomore. His top time in the 800-meters this season was 1:52.71 and 3:53.65 in the 1,500-meters, which shattered the school-record by more than three seconds.
Wilson earned All-Region honors three times in the 5K, 10K, and Steeplechase. He adds this to also earning All-Region honors twice during indoor track. His time top in the 5K was 14:30.35, which is a school-record by more than almost six seconds. Wilson best time in the 10K was 30:47.83, the second fastest time in team history, and his top time in the steeplechase was 9:35.43, the fourth fastest in team history.
Eudja earned All-Region honors in the hammer throw for the second time in his career. His top mark was 50.75m.
