Joey Wilson and sophomore
Kay Wiscount each posted impressive performances on Monday at the Widener University Final Qualifier.
Wilson brok the school-record in the 5K with a time of 14:30.35, to finish in eighth place at Widener. Junior
Weston Simak also had an impressive day taking eighth in the triple jump (13.49m).
On the women's side, Wiscount posted the second best time in team history with a 2:11.12 in the 800-meters to place 14th. First-year
Megan Fornwalt was 11th in the 200-meters with a time of 26.29 and sophomore
Sadie Fenstermaker placed sixth in the discus (37.95m) and 11th in the hammer throw (45.71m).
