Center Valley, PA (March 4, 2026) - The DeSales University esports valorant team dropped two matches continuing its season on Wednesday evening.

Match 1 began with DeSales University competing against North Carolina Greensboro University on Pearl. DeSales integrated a double initiator team comp, while UNC selected a double duelist lineup. For the first half of the game, DeSales and UNC traded a couple of rounds, proceeding neck and neck. Desales then strengthened their lead and brought home the victory for the first map of the Swiss Bracket. 

Match 2 started off rocky on Haven,  with the first half ending in 3-9. DeSales was unfortunately defeated, with Kennesaw being very disciplined, staggering our split pushes, and keeping their composure. After concluding match 2, DeSales has finished this week with a 1-1 score, beating out UNC but falling to Kennesaw.
